Return Policies

DELIVERY TIME :

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 days.

EXCHANGE :

-The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you wish to make an exchange, write to us at support@accessoiresbois.ca

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item must be returned in its original packaging. Transport is your responsibility.

• We do not take back sale items.

• AccessoiresBois is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item if it is not in new condition or not packaged in its original box.

• We will notify you by email when we receive the package.

DEFECTIVE OR ERRONEOUS ITEMS:

• You must contact us at support@accessoiresbois.ca within 10 days of purchase.

• We will provide you with packaging and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund of the item price and original shipping charges.
