SHIPPING
Once your order is submitted, it will take 2-3 business days to process and ship as our watches are made to order.
Orders shipped to addresses in North America will be delivered within 6-10 days from the date of purchase. If shipments are stopped by US Customs, they may take longer to arrive.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of delivery. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
You can upgrade your shipping options when you make your purchase if you would like your package to arrive sooner.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at : 1-819-213-8567 or 1- 514-402-0555 or by email support@accessoiresbois.ca and write in the subject of the email < CANCELLATION OF ORDER #00001 > so that they can check the status of your order. If the status is still in the beginning of processing, we will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charge of $18 and the cost of returning the package to Tense Watches Canada. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.
GUARANTEE
AYM offers a 2-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase. If your watch needs repair or you have a warranty issue, please contact us to see what we can do for you.
Please note that we will only accept items sent to us if we have authorized the repair or return under warranty. You must complete our repair form and have your request approved before sending your watch to us.
After receiving the warranty or repair from AYM, we will attempt to contact the customer three times. If it is not possible to reach the customer, we will keep the returned watch for one year to benefit from the warranty or repair. After one year, AYM is no longer responsible for the returned watch. Please use our watch registration form to make your watch eligible for warranty.
Opening the back of the watch voids the warranty.
AYM has confirmed that a small percentage of people have had an allergic reaction to the woods used in our watches. We recommend that anyone with a sensitivity to wood exercise caution when choosing one of our watches.
What AYM recommends if you have an allergic reaction to our wooden watches.
Stop wearing the watch immediately. If you think your allergic reaction is related to your Tense watch, mention it by consulting your doctor or an allergist.
Doctors should be informed that AYM does not use glue on the outside of the watch and does not treat the wood with harsh chemicals. The exterior metal parts that touch the skin are made of stainless steel. For more information, please contact us at support@accessoiresbois.ca where we can respond directly to your specific request.
PARTS AND SERVICE
If you need a repair that is not covered by our warranty, we can help. Please contact us for a quote and let us know what needs to be repaired on your watch.
You can order additional links and replacement parts by emailing us at support@accessoiresbois.ca or calling us at 1-819-213-8567 or 1-514-402-0555. Please indicate if you need links, a bracelet, a glass, a battery or something else.
